Our AI references the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, relevant regulations, and approved codes of practice for each state and territory. Every document includes specific legislation references. However, as with any tool, we recommend having a competent person review AI-generated documents before use.
Which states and territories are supported?
We support all eight Australian jurisdictions: QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, and NT. The jurisdiction engine automatically applies the correct legislation, terminology, and regulatory body for your selected state.
